Who we help
We help European Tech companies with a strong focus on energy & climate sectors. We only work with startups which have developed a track record (an established user base, consistent revenue figures, or some other key performance indicator). Our clients have usually already received Series A fundings. These startups have all the raw material necessary for success on a larger scale but they lack the sales structure, trained business development team, tools and guidance to get there.
What we do
We help these founders improve their sales team (SDR, AE, Business Developers) in the context of European energy markets with the best trainers, expert on sales development. We do this through our three training and coaching programs: Outbound Prospecting, Consultative Selling and Professional Follow Up. The three programs are Action Coaching Programs, not another Information Program. Our expert on sales development train the course participants on what to do and they go into action. We give feedback and support in implementing what they learn.

Our team includes some of Europe's most talented experts on outbound sales development as well as energy consultants. They teach in different languages and are culturally versatile because tech markets are global and if you can't scale up internationally fast - your competition will do.
